We’re back from our weeklong closure and hopefully ready to rock (I can’t lie, we’re not even close to ready to rock. We’re dragging so badly. It always happens, and we don’t really feel normal until week 2 of being back). So, let’s do this! You know you missed us, how could you not? Come in for your Bizzi’s fix.

Tuesday, we’re not doing anything special, because we’re having enough trouble just getting up the energy to open for regular dinner service. Plus we’re gonna be slammed.

Wednesday, you can order 2 glasses of any bottle on our menu (under $200, with a cork) for half the price of the bottle. If you’ve been itching to try a wine on our list, this would be the time.

Thursday, we’re doing an all Cabernet Sauvignon tasting. So Cabs from around the world. Obviously the US will be represented, but I’d like to try to let people taste a South African Cab and maybe an Australian Cab, as well. We’ll see how it goes. Either way, I’ll send everyone the tasting notes tomorrow or early Thursday.

I don’t know if there’s any Bizzi’s Cellar news because Elaine is in Ireland, surely drinking heavily, and out of pocket. Let’s just assume that’s a “no”.
