Well, the weather is finally starting to change. That’s a start. I’m just ready to not sweat the second I step outside. I’m sure I’m not alone in that regard. This has been the longest summer, ever. And just. keeps. going…… We get it, Texas, you’re “fry an egg on the pavement” hot during the summer. You’ve made your point, now you’re just rubbing it in. Chill out.
Also, don’t forget about the Fall Night To Remember Dinner on Friday and Saturday, November 2nd and 3rd. I’ve already posted the menu a few times, and now that the Prohibition Mystery Event is over, reservations will start trickling in for the next dinner. We still have space available for both days. I would guess that we will fill up for both days around the middle of October, but if you have a specific time you want, the sooner you call the better.
This week’s special is Thai Shrimp with Coconut Rice. Rob always says that Asian food is his forte, let’s see if he puts his money where his mouth is.
Tuesday Boozeday has $7 Glass or Red and White Wine, House Cocktails, Wings, Burrata.
Wednesday’s Cocktail Specials will all be Tequila-based! We’ll say goodbye to summer in style.
Thursday’s Wine Tasting will be all Bordeaux. That’s always everyone’s favorite, anyway. Come in at 7:00pm for a taste of 4 different Bordeaux.
Alright, see you soon!
