Shrimp and Bay Scallops

We are working hard to launch ourselves into a terrific 2018!

This Thursday, January 11, we are pouring Cabernet Franc at our wine tasting.  That is a Queen Bee favorite – so I will be there with the gang sipping juicy wines starting at 7:00 p.m.

Dinner feature for the week will be Shrimp and Scallops  with Quinoa, Spinach, and Sweet Potato Gnochi tossed in a lemon tomato cream sauce.

Jam & Jelly Class is Saturday, January 20th starting at Noon – you’ll get a demonstration, a light lunch, instructions, and a jar of orange marmalade or berry jam to take home!  $30 per person – call or email us and we’ll get you down.

For our beloved Bizzi’s Cellar Wine Club members (or member wannabes), come in between 3 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 20th for our next month’s tasting.  We are going to try some outstanding wines, as always – but this time some really unusual varietals just for your drinking delight (ever heard of Jacquere…Valdiquie…Cinsault? )  If you have interest, please join us!

Make your reservations now for our Valentine’s Dinner (menu here) – if you can’t come on Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, February 14th, we are also doing a repeat for Saturday, February 17th!  $65 per person for seven courses.  Our resident somm, Michael, will post the optional wine pairing before the end of this week.
