Seared Scallops and Champagne

Hey, guys.

Crazy week with school. Actually, every week is going to be a crazy week with school. And I’m not even working very hard at it! (Which is a whole other problem)

The special this week is FINALLY Seared Scallops with a Lemon Buerre Blanc and a bed of Wilted Spinach. For everyone that’s been asking for scallops, you got your wish.

Wednesday’s Cocktail Specials will be a Sunshine, a Rosita and a Blueberry Mojito.

Thursday’s wine tasting will be a Champagne Tasting! We’ve never done this before! They’re all going to be true Champagnes as well, none of that off-brand swill. In all seriousness, though, we’ve really never done a Champagne tasting because I didn’t know if people would be interested. I think it’s fascinating and a really cool idea, but that doesn’t mean everyone else does. I hope you guys are interested and show up, but if not I understand.
