So it actually rained today! Unfortunately, my car windows were down, and I got soaked running to roll them up. But I didn’t melt – a miracle, according to Michael and Veronika.
This week we are tickling your taste buds with our feature: Pan-seared Quail topped with Smoky Cherry Bourbon Sauce. Yes please.
Today (Tuesday Boozeday) we are serving $7 good stuff: white or red wine, well cocktails, brie en croute, wings, or our mozzarella with marinara.
Wednesday, we’ll have our cocktail specials. I’ll send out the specifics tomorrow, but they’ll all feature tequila to celebrate the summer.
Thursday at 7:00 p.m., the wine tasting will feature exclusively Red Blends, I’ll tell everyone what they are, tomorrow, but I’ll make sure they’re good – don’t miss it! Also, next Thursday’s wine tasting will be a 4th of July Celebration Tasting. We’ll only feature American wines and we’ll do a few other things to make a day of it. Come in for next week’s wine tasting and celebrate Independence Day with us, I’ll be doing a few special things specifically for it. It’s a surprise, so come in next week and find out.
For you Bizzi’s Wine Cellar Club Members (or wannabes), our June tasting is Saturday, June 23, at 4:00 p.m. – as always it’ll be a fun time (and you might just learn something).
We’ll be closed the week of July 4th (so Tuesday, July 3-Saturday, July 7) for family vacation week – come see us before!
