Poblano Chicken Wellington and November Dinner…again

A few times a year the Queen Bee and Polar Bear make the terrible decision of leaving me in charge of everything here at Bizzi’s. I always take advantage of it and get extremely bossy, even more so than normal! (You didn’t think that was possible, did you?!) The rest of the staff doesn’t love it… but what do ya do?

This week’s dinner feature is Chicken Poblano Wellington – Grilled Chicken, Roasted Poblano, and Garlic Cream Spread, wrapped in Puff Pastry, and topped with Tomato Mornay Sauce. Chef Rob just made me a sample, and boy is it yummy!

If you come by and see us on Tuesday, you can get a glass of red or white, a well cocktail, Brie En Croute, and/or wings – each for $7 after 3PM

Wednesday – Celebrate Sprits with us! Signature cocktails with our featured liquor – Vodka! Do you think Michael will make me a sample of those?!

Thursday we continue our Beatles “A Hard Day’s Flight” wine tasting with “A Little Help from My Zins”

We completely booked up for our Macaron class, so we decided to just make the class a little bigger! Sign up before it’s too late!

While I’m on the subject of signing up for events – Don’t forget about our Annual “Bizzi’s Night to Remember”, seven course dinner! We have a few slots still available, so make sure you sign up!
