July 4th

Come in before Friday, because we’ll be closed for the July 4th weekend and the following week — we’re having some new kitchen equipment installed, which will give us some more much-needed capacity.  Also I have a heavy closet, drawer, and garage-cleaning schedule for our house.  Both important.

All week, we’re offering several lovely features: 1) Tuna Steak with Mango Salsa over Rice with Seasonals, 2) Flatbread with Sliced Pork Loin, Garlic Aioli, Figs, Onions, & Mozzarella, and 3) Shrimp Etouffee.  At lunch we also have a couple of nice bistro features.
