This week (through Saturday, September 2), we are re-visiting Hatch Chiles (and the batch yesterday was ever so hot). Dinner is Hatch & Pepper Jack Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts topped with a Creamy Hatch Sauce and served with Roasters & Asparagus. You can also ask for Hatch Chiles to be added to other items — we’ll gladly add some of that wonderful heat and flavor! It’ll give you the hiccups!
