Coconut-Encrusted Chicken Breast and Events

Okay, everyone, V and Mom are out of town, so I’m writing the email solo and I’m not great at that. I’m just going to keep it short and informational.

Don’t forget about the Prohibition Murder Mystery on Saturday, September 15th. When they get back into town on Thursday, I’ll send out more information. We will let everyone know the logistics of the event, including food and costuming, etc.

Also, the annual Fall Night To Remember Dinners will be on Friday and Saturday, November 2nd and 3rd. 7 Coursed dinner, with optional wine pairing. Rob already has most of the menu done, so we’ll be sure to post that in the next few weeks. We were just letting everyone know that we did indeed pick a day so that you can start to get your reservations in.

The special this week will be a Coconut-Encrusted Chicken Breast, topped with a Peach Chili Sauce.

Tuesday Boozeday is tonight, with $7 glass of red and white wine, house cocktails, burrata and wings.

Wednesday Cocktail Specials will feature $7 Sherry-based cocktails.

Thursday’s Wine Tasting will be a Bordeaux Tasting. But, I have a big surprise tasting coming up. I believe we’ll do it, next week, unless the wine doesn’t get here in time, in which case we will do it the following week. I don’t think we’ve ever done something like this, although I’m probably wrong. Either way, it’s gonna be really cool. Just keep looking out.
