This week we’re featuring Double Buffalo Lasagna – with buffalo meat as well as buffalo mozzarella … and pork and four cheeses and Bolognese. Doesn’t get much better than that if you’re trying to fend off the chill.
Thursday, January 18: Our wine tasting is all about Merlot, and we’re starting to pour at 7:00. Hint: February is our month for French Wines! Oh so delicious – just ask The Polar Bear.

Valentine’s Dinner: Two nights – Wednesday, February 14 and Saturday, February 17, reservations available from 5 to 9 p.m., 7 courses for $65 per person (Menu available here). Michael is putting together a perfect pairing of wines for the dinner if you decide to make it a blow-up evening (pairing optional).
