BBQ Quail

It’s all about the Macarons. Not Macaroons, although we like those lovely bites of coconut also. French Macarons. We’ve gotten a little obsessed, but later in the week, we’ll have some for you to try (along with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake, Raspberry Crème Brulee, and Nutella Tart)!

All week long, we are featuring Smoked Barbecue Quail with Sausage Jalapeno Dressing & Seasonal Veg. It’s what’s for dinner, all right.

Thursday, we are pouring Oregon wines at our wine tasting at 7:00 p.m. Lovely wine regions up in the Northeast…and lovely wines.

“A Night to Remember”, our six-course prix fixe dinner for the fall, is scheduled for Saturday, November 4th, and it, as always, will be memorable. Menu to follow — Chef Rob is busily cooking up things for us to try (goodbye, diet).
